Amanda Goodfellow is the founder of Agile Mind and facilitator of corporate programs, classes and retreats. She holds a Certificate in Meditation Teaching from Lifeflow Meditation Centre and an Advanced Certificate from The Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness. Amanda facilitates workplace meditation sessions that draw upon her own experience in corporate roles across a range of sectors including local government, associations and professional services.
